Region: Vineyards are located in the Western Bekaa.
Altitude : 1,050 m (3,445 feet) above sea level.
Grape Varieties : Cinsault (40%), Syrah (30%), Tempranillo (30%).
Age of the Vines: 15 to 20 years.
Density/ha : 3,500 vines/ha.
Soil: Sandy limestone.
Irrigation : Dry farmed.
Harvest : 100% manual in boxes, with intensive selection in the vineyards.
Vinification : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. The Syrah undergoes a short maceration and bleeding, aka saignée, while the Cinsault and Tempranillo are direct pressed. No Malolactic. After blending the wine under goes a gentle clarification.
Alcoholic Strength : 13% vol.
Tasting Note : Aromas of red fruits especially cherries entice you on the nose, while the palate, marked by a lovely freshness, inspires long hours of summer sipping.
