Tasting Note
A wine with minimal intervention, a true expression of the Bekaa Valley, the juxtaposition of ripe dark fruit against a vibrant juicy core reflects the hot, dry days and cool nights of the valley.

• Region: Vineyards are located in the Western Bekaa
• Grape Varieties: Syrah (40%), Cabernet-Sauvignon (40%), Cinsault (15%), Carignan (5%).
• Age of the Vines: 15 to 20 years.
• Density/ha: 3,500 vines/ha
• Soil: Sandy limestone, with clay sub-soils.
• Irrigation: Dry farmed
• Harvest: 100% manual in boxes, with intensive selection in the vineyards.
• Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for 10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is blended then aged in concrete vats.
• Alcoholic Strength: 14% vol.
